EXPRESS IT
Emotional Hygiene is probably
something that took time
for me to understand.
Our emotions is a thing and
they are part of our body,
We often just ignore them.
Emotions are considered
a free sample with a
human body
which is just used
because it's for free!
But actually it's our
emotions that makes us.
It makes us feel every
little detail of our lives
and help us to live.
Emotion is important to
recognize,
If you feel sad be sad,
If you're happy be happy
Angry, irritated, excited
or anything you want to be
just feel it!
Expressing emotions is
something that make you
feel about emotions more.
The moment when you
let go of a feeling,
that's the best part of emotions.
Not being aware what
emotional hygiene is
a problem,
Not recognizing your emotions
is a problem
You should be aware
about it and express it
as much as you can.
It's a lesson that
I learned with time,
Not expressing myself
is the biggest fear
and I've been following it.
But that have just ruined my
Emotional Hygiene for years
and me not being aware about it.
First realize it,
Your emotions
Then express it
It isn't simple
But you'll do this
for yourself
Be selfish and take
good care of your
Emotional Hygiene.
