IT CAN BE REPETITIVE AND DEMOTIVATING, PEOPLE ARE GETTING FRUSTRATED SITTING AT THEIR HOME AND FOLLOWING THEIR SAME ROUTINE. 
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU CAN BREAK THAT?


SO AM SHARING WITH YOU ALL SOME TIPS AND TRICKS THAT YOU CAN FOLLOW UP IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE TO FEEL  DIFFERENT AND OUT FROM YOUR SAME OLD ROUTINE.

1) CHANGE THE SONGS YOU HERE
I KNOW WE ALL ARE HEARING THE SAME SONGS ON LOOPS BECAUSE THEY ARE YOUR FAVOURITE RIGHT, BUT HEARING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN CAN ACTUALLY MAKE YOU START HATING IT. APPS LIKE GAANA, SPOTIFY, IMUSIC CREATE DIFFERENT PLAYLIST SPECIALLY FOR YOU, THEY ALSO HAVE MOOD RELATED PLAYLIST AND TRUST ME THEY WORK WONDERS. SO DON'T STICK TO A SINGLE PLAYLIST FOR LONG.
                                                   

2) PLAN OUT ROUTINE IN A JOURNAL
JOURNALS CAN SOUND BORING RIGHT? BUT IF YOU WRITE DOWN YOUR ROUTINE ABOUT WHAT TO DO THE ENTIRE DAY, IT CAN ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FOCUSED THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITHOUT MAKING YOU FEEL UNPRODUCTIVE.IT WILL ALSO LET YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD AIM THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITHOUT FEELING UNPRODUCTIVE. DO IT EVERYDAY AND I'M SURE IT WILL CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE ABOUT THINGS.
                     

3)LIFESTYLE CHANGES
WERE'NT YOU THE ONE WHO WAS TENSED ABOUT THE TANNING OF YOUR FACE AND ARMS OR YOUR CRACKED HEELS AND UNEVEN SKIN TONE? AND YOU ALWAYS THOUGHT OF TAKING OUT THE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF IT. SO HEY! THIS IS THE TIME FOR YOU! FOLLOWING A SKIN CARE ROUTINE OR A BODY ROUTINE BE IT OIL PULLING, SCRUBBING YOUR FACE TWICE A WEEK THEY ALL WILL DEFINITELY MAKE YOU FRESH AND CLEAN. THIS ALSO WILL GIVE YOU BETTER OUTLOOK OF YOURSELF.I'M PUTTING SOME LINKS HERE AND YOU CAN FOLLOW THEM.

                                                               

4)EXERCISING
SHAKING YOUR BODY AND FLEXING JUST FOR 25 MINUTES A DAY IS VERY NECESSARY. IT HELPS YOU TO FEEL ACTIVE THE ENTIRE DAY, ALSO IT MAINTAINS YOUR METABOLISM AND MAKE YOUR BODY FLEXIBLE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO DO DAILY CHORES. I'VE BEEN DOING A ROUTINE FROM CHLOE TING'S YOU TUBE VIDEO AND IT'S DOING WONDERS ON MY BODY, AM SHARING THE LINK BELOW.

                                              

5)DRINK ENOUGH WATER
DRINKING AT LEAST 3 LITRE OF WATER A DAY IS A MUST MUST. IT'S SUMMERS AND IT FLUSHES OUT ALL YOUR TOXINS AND MAKES YOUR SKIN GLOW. NOT ONLY THAT THE AMOUNT OF WATER  THAT YOUR BODY TAKES HELPS YOU TO EAT LESS AND CAN HELP YOU TO LOOSE SOME POUNDS. BY ADDING LEMON TO YOUR WATER HELPS AS A DETOXING DRINK AND TAKING IT IN THE MORNING WILL ALSO INCREASE YOUR IMMUNITY.

                                              
 
JUST GO FOR A WALK, TO BE HONEST STOP THINKING TOO MUCH ABOUT THIS PANDEMIC AND GO GET OUT OF THAT BED, TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS, BUY SOME INSTRUMENT ONLINE, LEARN NEW THINGS I'M SURE YOU'LL FEEL GOOD AND A CHANGE FROM YOUR REGULAR ROUTINE. TAKING A DEEP BREATH REMOVING YOUR MASK WON'T CAUSE ANY TROUBLE TRUST ME. AIR IS FREE! SO IS YOUR BRAIN AND LIBERTY TO DO THINGS. STOP FEELING RESTRICTED AND FIND NEW WAYS TO DO YOUR OWN THINGS.
